How long will it take to get my order?

Par Golf ships all one color imprint orders 5 working days from receipt of your order, approved artwork and payment.  
During peak season (April - June), production time is 7 working days.
 
In many cases, your order will ship sooner.

*** Orders placed after 3 PM CST will be counted for the next business day. ***

Factory order logo golf balls can be an exception.

Multi color imprints and very large orders sometimes require a little more time.

Circumstances which require additional / corrected information may delay shipping of your order.
You will be contacted if additional information or documentation is required.

          Such circumstances include:

  • Delays in Credit Card Authorization (Declined credit cards etc.)
  • Delays in artwork approval (if a fax proof was requested)
  • Back order of an item (ie. a specific color)
  • Shipping delays (weather, strikes etc.)

Can I see how my logo will look before proceeding with my order?
Yes. If you request it, Par Golf will provide you with a preproduction proof by FAX, showing you how your logo will appear on your item. There is no charge if you have placed an order, and a $20 charge for an order that has not been placed. This charge will be credited back to your credit card when you place the order. What if I don't get my order on time -- or I need to cancel or return my order?
Par Golf's liability ceases for delivery and to meet specific in hand dates after acceptance of goods by the transportation company. 
Once we have received an order, it is considered firm as production begins almost immediately.  However, it may be possible to cancel an order depending on where it stands in the production  process, but this must be authorized by Par Golf. 
No goods may be returned for credit without prior authorization from Par Golf. 

There will be a 4% Cancellation Charge for cancelled orders. (If placed on a credit card).
Credits can only be issued for merchandise that is returned.

Can I Send my own Golf Balls for you to Print?
Yes.  We Provide Printing Services for Golf Balls you send to us.  We'll unpack them
from the sleeves & boxes, print the balls, pack them up, and ship them to you.

Reproduction Proofs
You can see how your logo will look by getting a preproduction proof via FAX. It will show the exact layout and size of your logo. There is no charge for this service for existing orders, and a $20 charge for an order that has not been placed. (Top of page)


I Made a Mistake & Need a Replacement
We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!), especially on spelling and dates.
Take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates and names carefully.
In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we offer it to you at a 25% discount (except
golf balls).  Simply enter REPLACEMENT (all Capital letters) in the Customer Code discount box on the
online order form. You must list the order # you're replacing under "Special Instructions" to get discount.

Of course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement order at no charge to you.

How do I get my logo to you?

  1. By Mail - If time is critical, and you have a definite in-hand date, we recommend sending your logo + check via Next Day Letter.  If sending a disk, it must be PC compatible.  Also send paper copy as well.
  2. By email attachment.   More info on sending artwork.


Verification Code, or V-Codes for Credit Cards:

 What is the Card Identification Number?  
The Card Identification Number is the group of numbers immediately following your credit card number.
These numbers are used by your credit card company to help prevent fraud.

Because the Card ID number is not printed on your receipts, it helps ensure that someone is not using your credit card information fraudulently.

 


 

On Visa, MasterCard, & Discover,
It's a 3 Digit # on the back of the card.

On American Express,
It's a 4 Digit # on the Front of the Card.

U.P.S. Ground Shipping is standard.  All orders ship in 5 working days from receipt of the order, artwork, & payment.  On ground shipping, delivery time is not guaranteed.  They sometimes take a day longer than scheduled.  If you have a tight deadline, it may be wise to go with Next Day, Second Day, or Third Day Select Shipping.

Par Golf can also split ship orders or drop ship to a location other than the one placing the order.
There is no additional charge for these services. Illinois state tax will be added to orders picked up
or shipped within the state of Illinois.

UPS ground shipping is most often used.  U.S. Postal Service Shipping is also used.  Shipping time 4-6 working days, depending on your area of Canada.
You are responsible for all duties & customs charges at the border.

Orders on this website do not include shipping to Canada. 
Shipping to Canada will be an additional charge.

International Shipping

We only ship international using your FEDEX UPS or DHL Account #.  There will be a $25 fee for this service.

Please include all shipping info including postal and country codes,
as well as the phone # of the shipping destination.

If a mail service is selected for the shipping method, Par Golf Supply, Inc.  is not
liable for any orders that are lost, stolen or damaged. 

USPS does not offer a tracking system, so therefore we cannot guarantee
a safe or timely arrival.”
